Ryan trains with the Jeskai, in his latest KTK draft.  The spells are sweet, but his creatures are average.  Can he win without any Jeskai Windscouts?

Now that the prerelease events are over, Ryan starts battling it out in the 8-4 release queues.  Sticking to two colors with a third splash keeps his deck consistent against his opponent’s more ambitious builds.  But KTK is a powerful set.  Will this be a format where consistency reigns, or can raw power secure the wins?
